**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior faculty and administrative staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- **Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and facilitating effective communication.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents; ensure all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and coordinating events, seminars, and workshops, including logistics, catering, and participant communication.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records and databases related to faculty, students, and administrative processes; ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Project Support**: Assist with various projects and initiatives within the medical college, providing research support and helping to track progress.
- **Office Management / Procurement**: Ensure efficient office operations by managing supplies, equipment, and facilities needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or healthcare setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
