**Key Responsibilities**

**Teaching & Instruction**:
Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Physiology.

Create and implement lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.

Develop and conduct practical demonstrations and experiments in the physiology lab.

**Academic Contribution**:
Contribute to curriculum development and improve course content.

Regularly update course material to ensure relevance and academic rigor.

Evaluate students’ academic progress and provide timely feedback.

**Research and Development**:
Participate in research activities related to Physiology and dental sciences.

Publish research findings in reputable journals and present at academic conferences.

Collaborate with faculty and students on research projects.

**Administrative Duties**:
Assist in departmental activities, including exam supervision and evaluation.

Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.

Support the college’s initiatives for student welfare and faculty development.

**Student Engagement & Mentorship**:
Provide academic support and mentoring to students.

Participate in extracurricular activities to foster an all-rounded academic environment.

**Educational Qualification**:
**Master’s degree (M.Sc.) or equivalent in Physiology** from a recognized university.

A valid NET qualification or equivalent is preferred.

A Ph.D. in Physiology or related field is an added advantage.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in Physiology.

Experience in conducting practicals, tutorials, and assessments.

Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.

Research-oriented with a commitment to academic growth and development.

Working Hours

**5 days a week**, with a standard work schedule as per the institution's academic calendar.
