Ensure the integrity of assigned Operating Companies Accounts.
- Be directly responsible for the Accounting of assigned Group Operating Companies.**:

- Ensure that the AR & AP functions are properly controlled for the assigned operating companies and are kept updated at all time for facilitation of cash flow and credit control**.
- Ensure accounting quality, compliance, integrity, and timeliness of deliverables.
- Ensure the required and timely preparation and submission of interim & final accounts and the financial performance statements for Group Companies.
- Ensure timely and quality performance & Financial reports of the assigned operating companies.
- Ensure the assigned Operating Companies are following the Financial Policies and best Practices as directed by the Board.
- Ensure that the assigned Operating Companies accounts teams work in a cohesive and coordinated manner under the directives of the Head office.
- Ensure that the assigned Operating Companies Accounts to meets all deliverables and timeline requirements.
- Ensure proper accounting, listing and tracking of all assigned operating company assets as well as the proper accounting tracking.
- Facilitate cash flow management and reporting of the assigned operating companies. Directly manage vendors and AP for the assigned operating companies in addition to general accounting.
- Any other accounts and / finance related matter that may be required from time to time.
- Participate in Daily Meetings as required in the Remote Office to ensure Operating Company instructions and deliverables are measured and achieved.
**-Assist Group Finance with your expertise for various task assigned & reporting for the same**:

- Provide any other Support as required from time to time and directed by the Functional Head.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
