Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective negotiation and relationship management. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, marketing strategies, and technology sales, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management and regular communication.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive business development initiatives to expand the client base.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Conduct warm calling to potential clients to introduce products and services effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Demonstrate technical knowledge of products to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and sharing best practices in sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in technology or technical sales sectors.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships and tracking sales progress.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
