**Job Description**:
MDC Pharmaceuticals is a pharmaceutical PCD company with headquarters in Chandigarh.
- 5+ years experience in PCD Pharma Business.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

As our Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and expansion of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales target.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Developing and implementing effective business strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Market Research, Product planning and market development.
