**Job Description**
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of US Recruiter. **As a US Recruiter**, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients across various industries, including **IT and non-IT.**

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Undergraduate or graduate degree (all streams, including IT, Pharma, and others)
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- **Basic communication skills required (ability to understand and respond to queries)**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and attract top talent for client openings across various industries
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
