**Key Responsibilities**:
Attend virtual industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to stay updated on market trends and to expand your professional network.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations in the U.S. and Canada.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on international hiring for the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Familiarity with IT software engineering, administration, skilled trades, and general labor sectors.

Understanding of the cultural and business nuances of the North American job market.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Fluency in English is required.
