We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outbound calls to potential customers. Your primary objective will be to identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into satisfied customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in tele sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
- Excellent listening and questioning skills to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
