JOB ROLE: EXPERIENCED TELESALES EXECUTIVE

OFFICE LOCATION: Salt Lake, Kolkata

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and closing deals. Your ability to communicate effectively and persuade potential customers will be critical to the success of our sales efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments. **Qualify leads and identify high-potential sales opportunities. **Effectively present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers. **Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and handle objections professionally. **Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving individual and team sales targets. **Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. **Collaborate with team members to meet team goals and participate in ongoing sales training and development. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

- Minimum High School (HS) education. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- At least 1 years of experience in a telesales or telecalling role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and other sales tools.

Working hours: 8 AM - 8 PM (any 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break).1 rotational week off.

**Salary**: Upto 24,000 INR CTC per month + attractive performance-based incentives. Opportunity for salary increments based on performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
