**Job Role: Tele Sales Agent**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote company services.
- Understand customer needs and pitch suitable services/products accordingly.
- Maintain and update client databases with current information.
- Follow up with leads consistently to close sales.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure quality customer interactions.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- **Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and CRM tools.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata**.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
