**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly update and maintain the compliance management tool to reflect the correct compliance status with various applicable laws.
- Monitor the system for progress on compliance tasks, ensuring all deadlines and actions are properly tracked and addressed.
- Act as the main point of contact for external compliance consultants, coordinating efforts to ensure the timely completion of compliance assessments, audits, and other related tasks.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports for management, outlining the status of ongoing compliance activities and any potential issues or delays.
- Work closely with internal departments (e.g., finance, production, human resources) to ensure cross-functional compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a centralized database of all compliance-related documents, ensuring easy access and organization for audit purposes.

Qualifications and Skills: Education:

- B.A.LL.B. or LLB. Proven experience in compliance or related fields, preferably in the same industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
