Liaise with other teams in Oracle, M&D locally and globally, and with IT, procurement, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth, value-added interaction and to resolve any daily issues. Participate in regularly scheduled meetings with various internal groups to provide updates on M&D Services, transactions, system enhancements, testing, delivery of solutions, and status updates.
- Build, Maintain & Report performance indicators Ops Keys, Metrics and KPIs to M&D management. Implement and enforce Oracle Business Practices and M&D policies as they relate to the delivery of Hardware and related services.
- Manage and prioritize projects and process improvements related to corporate Laptop programs initiatives. Identify areas for process improvement, cost savings, and collaborate with associates to improve efficiency, productivity, and processes. Communicate to M&D Leadership team regularly operational status and provide insights on performance trends as well as recommendations on how to exceed plan and accelerate productivity and growth.
- Provides technical/functional leadership. Manage hardware orders and shipment processes (& set-up) to end user or destination, in compliance with Oracle Policies and Procedures. Familiarly with Parcel Carrier Procedures, Systems and Transportation Networks essential.
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload. Provide employees with hands on operations and procedures training.
- Maintain safe and clean work environment. Ensure employees follow safety rules (wear proper PPE) and re-enforce workplace safety practices.

Responsible for planning and implementing activities related to the management of Oracle's manufacturing suppliers. Manage supplier activities in the areas of material purchase, material control, inventory control, and shipping/receiving. Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures, and material control systems. Ensures materials are ordered and in stock to meet internal needs. Maintains acceptable inventory levels. Manages the supplier relationship to meet performance indicators. Develops material schedules and coordinates the efficient movement of materials. Coordinates contract implementation with Oracle Legal. Supports planning, procurement, and distribution activities.
