We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor (Fresher) to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities. As a fresher, you will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to manage inventory, ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning, organizing, and controlling warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained for stock control and timely replenishment.
- Supervise and assist with loading/unloading of goods, stock movements, and inventory checks.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards within the warehouse.
- Support the coordination of deliveries and shipping schedules to meet company and client requirements.
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment.
- Implement warehouse best practices to optimize space and efficiency.
- Support periodic audits of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Report on warehouse performance metrics such as stock accuracy, on-time shipments, and space utilization.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and leadership skills to guide warehouse staff.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to fast-paced warehouse environments.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and moving goods as required.

Work Environment:

- The role involves working in a warehouse environment with regular exposure to moving machinery and varying temperatures.
- Physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying may be required frequently.

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on qualifications and company policies.
