Job Title: Oracle JD Edwards S&D Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced specialist to support our business operations in the Sales & Distribution module of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the system, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the Sales & Distribution module.
  • They will also be required to provide training and guidance to other team members on the use of the system.
  • Additionally, the specialist will be involved in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve business efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in JDE EnterpriseOne Sales & Distribution module is essential.
  • Techno-functional skills to support issues are highly desirable.
  • Support for interfaces to MFG PRO, Demand Solutions, Positive Pay, and Labelling solutions, Oracle APS etc. is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of highly customized Manufacturing Accounting process is essential.
  • Application testing for all system changes and projects is a must.

  • Key involvement in the resolution of high-severity user issues and system defects is essential.
  • Review and approval of root cause analysis, workarounds, and support is required.
  • Documentation prepared by Support analysts is necessary.
  • Guidance and expertise to Support analysts in resolving complex issues is required.
  • Interactions with Business users throughout the lifecycle of the support call from initiation till closure are necessary.
  • Resolution of all JDE level 2 Application Support calls logged through Helpdesk is required.
  • Regular interaction with JDE development and CNC Admin support teams to involve them in resolving issues is necessary.
  • Ownership of support tickets pertaining to respective modules until closure is required.
  • On-call support after business hours for high-severity issues is essential.
  • Experience in working on JDE projects with onsite-offshore model for Application Development and support is preferred.
