- Create and roll out programs that reinforce the Amdocs culture and drive employee engagement; you will partner with cross-functional team members to influence and enhance the Amdocs employee life experience.
- Taking ownership of various employee initiatives; you will pay attention to, manage, and execute on the small details, coordinate, and facilitate programs & events.
- Developing content - written, videos, infographics, presentations, etc. ensuring all program components have been woven into a compelling story creating pull for the target audience.
- You will actively seek to extend your knowledge and expertise in areas that are critical to this role such as Psychology, Sociology and internal & external trends to create best practices within Amdocs India.
- Ensuring the program and related projects achieve their stated objective. Creating strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning at a program level, pinpointing challenges, areas of concern and possible deviation from established plans.
- Collating and analyzing data to identify gaps/patterns and creating concise and crisp management reports.
- Developing a distinctive program brand & leading the outreach to employees.
- Streamlining work processes & leverage best practices and standards across the unit/ projects.
