- To carry out mould inspection.
- To issue mould trial note to concern dept.
- To study SIR & prepare summery of deviated dimensions.
- To carry inspection of all mould parts.
- To ensure all measuring instruments, gauges are calibrated.
- To carry out in process inspection as per procedure.
- To submit the samples to CQA for inspection.
- Submit the samples to customers for acceptance
