Experience in Service Now platform

Experienced in ATF skilled automation

Having a good knowledge/experience on various ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change & Release Management, Service Request Management, Asset Management, Knowledge & Case Management.

Story Board Management in ServiceNow.

Good Knowledge on Software QA processes, tools & methodologies.

Better understanding of Software Development Life Cycle process.

Practiced in Agile/Waterfall Testing Methodology.

Ability to write test cases in accordance with project requirements and standards.

Design, Develop & Execute manual test scripts using project management tool 'HP ALM'. Along with Defect logging and management.

Good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Additional Skills:
Hands-on Experience on ALM/JIRA.

ITSM Certification in ServiceNow.

Ability to adapt based on any situations/requirements.
