- Required Skills:
Good Experience in ServiceNow platform.

Having a good knowledge/experience on various ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change & Release Management, Service Request Management, Asset Management, Knowledge & Case Management.

Story Board Management in ServiceNow.

Good Knowledge on Software QA processes, tools & methodologies.

Better understanding of Software Development Life Cycle process.

Practiced in Agile/Waterfall Testing Methodology.

Ability to write test cases in accordance with project requirements and standards.

Design, Develop & Execute manual test scripts using project management tool 'HP ALM'. Along with Defect logging and management.

Good Communication and Problem-Solving Skills.

Hands-on Experience on ALM/JIRA.

ITSM Certification in ServiceNow.

Ability to adapt based on any situations/requirements.

minimum 6 months experience in Automation.

Good knowledge on ATF(Automated Test Framework) in ServiceNow.

Design, develop and run Test suites and analyse if any failures

ATF certification is an added advantage.

Have good knowledge on the Agile Defect module in ServiceNow.
