Job Description: Service Now QA/Tester Location: Bangalore Experience: 5-8 years Work mode: Contract 6 months *Immediate Joiner* Position Overview We are seeking a Service Now QA/Tester (offshore) with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic Service Now Platform team. The ideal candidate will executive and oversee the quality assurance process for Service Now implementations, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and industry standards. This role requires hands-on testing expertise, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of Service Now CSM modules and best practices. Key Responsibilities Executive, Lead the QA/testing efforts for Service Now CSM projects, including planning, execution, and reporting, and align with Agile methodologies. Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various Service Now modules (CSM, Portal, Service Now platform etc.). Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Execute manual and automated tests in ATF; identify, document, and track defects through resolution. Mentor and guide junior QA/testers on writing ATF’s, ensuring adherence to Boomi QA processes and standards. Participate in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs, and sprint planning sessions. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry QA standards. Prepare and present test status reports, metrics, and quality assessments to management. Support continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to QA processes and tools. Stay updated on Service Now platform updates, new features, and best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on Service Now testing. Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, modules, and workflows. Experience with both manual and automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, ATF). Proven ability to lead QA teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Service Now). Service Now certification(s) preferred (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist). Desired Skills Experience with Service Now ATF, API testing and integration validation. Knowledge of Agile, ITIL processes and their implementation on Service Now. Strong knowledge of Service Now CSM modules. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Continuous learning mindset with a passion for quality and process improvement.
