**Job Summary**:
As a Customer Success Executive, you will ensure that our customers have a seamless and positive experience after purchasing our programs. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and helping them achieve success with our training programs. If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, this role is for you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Regularly communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
- Act as the first point of contact for post-sales queries and support.
- Develop strategies to retain customers and reduce churn.
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our services and products.
- Document customer interactions and create reports for management.
- Ensure that all customer issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customers achieve their learning and career goals through Tap Academy's offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, training, technical support) to enhance customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer support, customer success, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Lead Square) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
