We are looking for a motivated IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Support Specialist with 2 years of experience to join our team.

The primary responsibilities include monitoring IBM MQ, managing log files, and providing general support for the IIB environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**System Monitoring**:
Monitor IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM MQ environments to ensure they are running smoothly.

Set up and maintain monitoring tools and alerts to detect and resolve issues proactively.

**Log Management**:
Regularly review and analyze log files to identify and troubleshoot issues.

Maintain log file retention policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

**Incident and Problem Resolution**:
Respond to and resolve support tickets related to IIB and MQ.

Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.

**Deployment and Configuration**:
Ensure configurations are optimized and follow best practices.

**Collaboration and Communication**:
Work with other IT team members to support overall system health.

Document support activities, solutions, and best practices.

**Experience**:
Minimum 2 years of experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and IBM MQ.

Experience in monitoring and log management.

**Skills**:
Basic understanding of IIB and MQ.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Additional Information: May require occasional after-hours support for critical issues or maintenance activities.
