Role: IBM Sterling B2 B Integrator Administrator (with Open Shift, Cloud & ITXA Experience)Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)Contract Duration: Long term (With a possibility of Contract-to-hire)Work Hours: Central Time Zone Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)Location: 100% Remote - Candidates can work from anywhere in India Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and proactive IBM Sterling B2 B Integrator Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2 B Integrator, including working knowledge of IBM Transformation Extender Advanced (ITXA), Red Hat Open Shift or Kubernetes, and Helm.

Experience with cloud networking and Portworx is highly desirable.

This is a 24/7 rotational role that includes owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2 B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

Design, deploy, and manage B2 B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA.

Operate within containerized environments such as Open Shift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.

Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.

Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.

Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.

Required Qualifications:5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2 B Integrator.

Experience or foundational knowledge in Open Shift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms.

Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.

Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).

Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations.

Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.

Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions like Portworx.

Familiarity with Dev Ops tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.

Prior experience in customer-facing roles or handling technical escalations in production environments.
