Integration Specialist Job Opportunity

We seek a seasoned Integration Specialist to oversee the administration of our B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability and scalability.

This role is pivotal in managing B2B integration workflows that align with business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA, operating within containerized environments like OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.

The selected candidate will act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage with stakeholders and customers. They must have experience with hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to evolving cloud-native architecture and automation.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-12 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration platforms such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments.
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced).
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and knowledge of integration patterns and system configurations.
  • Able to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
  • Prior experience in technical escalation roles or production environments.
