**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop conceptual and detailed design plans for interior and exterior projects.
- Produce 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and visualizations using tools like **SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Lumion**.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager for design briefs, revisions, and execution plans.
- Ensure designs meet project goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of relevant experience** in interior and/or exterior design.
- Proficient in **SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion**, and other design tools.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to work **independently** and adapt to the fast-paced nature of a **startup** environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute creatively to projects.
