 About Principal Architect

Divya Kruthi is an accomplished architect with over 11 years of professional experience in the field. She completed her Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the prestigious SCHOOL OF PLANNING AND ARCHITECTURE, JNAFAU, HYDERABAD, where she was awarded two gold medals for her exceptional academic performance in design. After graduation, Divya Kruthi began working for some of the most renowned architecture firms in the industry, honing her skills and building a diverse portfolio of work. Her areas of expertise include Residential, Commercial, Life style and hospitality, and she is known for her ability to create designs that balance functionality with aesthetics. Since 2018, Divya Kruthi has been successfully expanding her architectural practice, Divya Kruthi Designs, in which she is committed to exploring new frontiers in design and sustainability.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Designer with Divya Kruthi Designs in Hyderabad, India. The Architectural Designer will be responsible for designing and coordinating the construction of buildings and structures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 0 to 2+ years of experience in architectural design and construction.
  • Recent graduates can apply.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other design software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and the team
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles
  • Experience with sustainability and green building practices is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
