**Key Responsibility**
- Floating enquiries to vendors for various requirements of the project.
- Inviting quotations, making comparative statements.
- Preparing & processing requisitions, purchase orders & work orders.
- Maintaining records of supplier contracts, agreements, goods ordered received.
- Negotiating price and terms of products with suppliers.
- Development of alternative local sources for imported materials which helps in cost savings.
- Liaison with finance department for timely payment of advances & bills of vendors.
- Coordinating with the Vendors for the timely delivery of material at site.
- Implementing systems of inventory management avoiding over-stocking or wastage.
- Survey of market, searching for new suppliers & screening the suppliers.
- All site Material bill receiving and submit to account department as well as site wise cost sheet maintain.
- Distribution of tenders to suppliers & manufacturers
- Making Work Orders, Interaction with suppliers & handling the related correspondence.
- Make quotations and comparative.
- Follow-up with vendor for material
- Maintain procedures and keeping records.
- Co ordinate with Accounts dept. to payment of all purchase venders.
- Vendor Management
- Vendor registration
- Dispatch and Transports ManagementPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
