**Position: Admin / Customer Service Executive**

**Job Description Responsibilities**:

- Handling CS, Administrative & operational duties
- Liase & communication with HQ team in Malaysia & local team
- Handling CS, Administrative & operational duties
- Overseeing stock management
- Data entry & filling
- Processing of Tax Invoice, PO, Import documentation, etc
- Maintaining & monitoring of customer orders
- Communicate with forwarders, transporters, shipping agencies for quotation & shipment bookings.
- Follow up with CHA (Clearing house agents) for all the upcoming shipments.
- Resolve customer query if any with regards to shipment and documents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:
