Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service along with site visits of potential clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and

optimization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Represent Phynart at events and exhibitions, showcasing our products and engaging with customers.
- Doing Site Visits of interested clients and offering need-based solutions.
- Doing Dealer/ Affiliate/ Partner Visits to train, accompany their staff on field visits and offer need-based solutions to their Customers.
- Prospecting the Dealers/ Franchisees by visiting their respective Showrooms and creating an initial contact for future discussions by the Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and achieve company objectives.
- Provide coaching and support to team members to foster their professional development and success.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and cleanliness to enhance the customer shopping experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
