**What will you be doing**:

- Engage with potential clients through telesales to promote our Retail FX & CFDs products.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and address concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist clients in the account opening process and guide them through the onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for client conversion and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and our products to better assist clients.

**Who are we looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in any related field is a must
- Fluent in both English and Hindi.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer handling, preferably in financial services.
- Knowledge or experience in the FX & CFDs industry will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding conversion targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Additional Information**:

- Relocation assistance will be provided, including Visa support, flight tickets, and a relocation assistance allowance.
