**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the will and estate planning team, ensuring a high standard of service delivery and compliance with legal requirements
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on all aspects of wills, estate planning, trusts, and related tax matters
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the department, enhance client satisfaction, and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
- Stay abreast of legal, regulatory, and market changes affecting estate planning and incorporate necessary adjustments into service offerings
- Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs, financial goals, and family circumstances
- Design and oversee the preparation of customized wills, trust documents, powers of attorney, and other relevant legal documents
- Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive estate planning solutions
- Manage and resolve complex estate planning and provide end-to-end solutions to clients
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth
