Core Assignments required to be handled are:

- Reviewing, Monthly, quarterly and year filing of GST, TDS and IT Returns;
- Reviewing quarterly advance tax payment calculations;
- Reviewing and concluding tax audits by coordinating with the tax auditors and several internal teams for data requirements;
- Independently handled and concluded vendor issues related to DT and GST ;
- Independently responding to internal team's various tax related queries;
- Tracking refunds and litigation status of entities;
- Thoroughly reviewing TDS information for obtaining credit of TDS not deposited by customers from the income tax department;
- Reconciling tax balances in books with tax records to ensure that there are no material discrepancies;
- Coordinating with tax consultants and internal teams in connection with the preparation and
- Review of various workings and documents for tax assessments and litigations;
- Resolving queries raised by the auditors at the time of quarter and year end audits;
- Preparation of stay of demand letters and penalty replies;
- Drafting of statements of facts and grounds of appeal for appeal before the CIT(A);
- Drafting submissions to be filed before the CIT(A);
- Reviewing complex income tax provisioning, tax audit report and litigation status;

**Salary**: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
