- Job Responsibility- Registration of PF,ESIC,PT and Shop & Establishment
- PE, ESIC, PT and LWF challan
- Handling at least 10 clients
- UAN and TIC generation
- Maintaining various register under, Minimum Wages Act, Shops Establishment Act etc
- Yearly returns of various Acts
- Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
- Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.

- Experience in compliance handling of PF, ESIC, Accident policy, Leave encashment and Gratuity

- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a payroll management role in an outsourcing companyJob Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai
- Working Days: 6 days (9 to 6pm/ 10 to 7pm)
- Qualification: Graduate
