**Job Title**: Customer Service Executive

**Experience**:1-3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, order tracking, and issue resolution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Order Processing and Management**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, verification, and fulfillment.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Monitor order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules, and proactively communicate updates to customers as needed.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve customer issues, including product defects, shipping errors, billing discrepancies, and service complaints.
- Escalate unresolved issues or complex inquiries to appropriate departments or management for further investigation and resolution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution and provide feedback to improve service quality and prevent recurrence.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and promote loyalty and retention.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports, metrics, and analysis on customer service performance, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, training needs, and service enhancements based on customer feedback and trends.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
