**Responsibilities**:
**Client Greeting**: Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
**Appointment Scheduling**: Manage and schedule client appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
**Client Assistance**: Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist clients with their needs or direct them to the appropriate department.
**Visitor and Guest Management**: Coordinate and manage visitor access, including signing in, issuing visitor badges, and providing directions.
**Administrative Support**: Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
**Client Records**: Maintain accurate client records, including contact information and appointment history.
**Security and Safety**: Ensure the security and safety of clients and visitors by adhering to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
**Client Feedback**: Gather and document client feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of our services
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
