The PPC Expert specializing in Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns. Your role will encompass developing creative ad strategies, refining audience targeting, monitoring campaign performance, and providing insightful analysis to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop comprehensive paid social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, aligned with business objectives and target audience.
- Create and manage engaging ad campaigns that resonate with the target demographic, including ad copy, visuals, and landing page recommendations.
- Utilize advanced audience targeting techniques to ensure ads reach the most relevant users and generate high-quality leads.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization to achieve KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing of ad elements to refine strategies and enhance campaign performance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in the social media advertising landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns into the overall marketing plan.
- Generate regular reports that provide insights into campaign performance and suggest actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively and allocate resources based on campaign goals and performance.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and share knowledge to contribute to team growth.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in successfully managing and optimizing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad formats, targeting options, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Insights, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visuals that drive engagement.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting campaign results.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
