**Job Description: School Principal (Classes up to 12)**

**Location : Kanha Makhan Group of schools, Mathura**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the administration of the school, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high standards in both academics and extracurricular activities.
- Inspire, guide, and mentor a diverse team of educators, fostering a culture of professional development and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement innovative teaching methods, curriculum advancements, and student-centered strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and the community, encouraging active involvement and communication.

- Develop and oversee long-term plans for academic growth, extracurricular development, and institutional success.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience in managing schools up to Class 12.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead by example, with a focus on student achievement and staff development.
- Willingness to **relocate to Mathura** for a **long-term association** with the institution.
- A passion for holistic education, encompassing academic, cultural, and ethical development.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
