**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**:

- Assist the Principal in implementing the CBSE curriculum and academic policies effectively.
- Oversee lesson planning, classroom instruction, and assessment processes to ensure quality education.

- Supervise and support teachers in maintaining high teaching standards.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
- **Student Development**:

- Foster a positive and disciplined environment conducive to student growth and well-being.
- Address student concerns and work with teachers and parents to resolve academic or behavioral issues.
- **Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day school operations, including scheduling, timetables, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Organize and oversee school events, such as Republic Day celebrations, annual functions, and inter-school competitions.
- Encourage participation in extracurricular and co-curricular activities.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a bridge between the management, staff, students, and parents.
- Address parental queries and feedback professionally and constructively.
- **Professional Growth**:

- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and policies through training and workshops.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in any relevant field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or equivalent qualification.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of Experience in similar roles, preferably in CBSE-affiliated schools.
- **Skills**:

- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using technology for administrative and educational purposes.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
