Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in the overall academic and administrative management of the college.
• Supervise and coordinate teaching, training, and research activities.
• Ensure adherence to INC, State Nursing Council, and University regulations.
• Mentor faculty and students to achieve academic excellence.
• Prepare timetables, duty rosters, and oversee clinical postings.
• Participate in curriculum planning, examinations, and evaluation processes.
• Promote professional development and research initiatives among staff and students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• M.Sc Nursing from a recognized university.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in nursing education, including at least 5 years in a teaching or administrative position (as per INC norms).
• Must be a registered nurse and registered midwife.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience (as per institutional norms).
