**Brief Job Description of Trainer - L&D**

Post
- Trainer - L&D

Reporting
- Ensuring successful delivery of the Career Preparatory Program and monitoring the performance of the students.
- Counseling and Motivating the Students. Drive Student Mentoring

Program at FIIB
- Assessing training needs through student interactions, focus groups, or consultation with the placement department, faculty mentors, or industry representatives.

Roles and Responsibilities - The person will be in charge of the Learning and development processes. He/She has to work closely with the students, department, academic and non-academic colleagues in the institute, ensuring that every student leaves the campus with a different and growth oriented mindset.

Specifically, the Key Result Areas include:

- Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and Career Preparatory Program for students Offer specific training programs to help students maintain or improve employability skills.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures, computer-based training software.
- Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials.
- Creation of a mechanism of Continuous assessment of the students, training partners and training effectiveness.
- Identify, engage and build long term relationships with trainers/partners/industry experts for conducting training /various activities and events.
- Ensure Interview Preparedness of the students and their Success in final Placements
- Planning training programs as per Academic calendar Collecting continuous student feedback to improve effectiveness

Experience - 2 to 3 years of outstanding training experience, preferably in an institute, college, or university, is essential, while also communication expertise and leadership effectiveness is required. However, an applicant with similar experience in corporate or a related industry with a strong track record may be recruited.

Remuneration - Negotiable

**Salary**: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

- Morning shift
