**Job Title: Etiquette Trainer**
**Location**: [Skin Envy Clinic]
**Reports to**: HR Manager/Training Coordinator
**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Conduct Etiquette Training Programs**:
- Design, develop, and facilitate interactive etiquette training programs tailored to the needs of individuals or corporate groups.
- Cover a variety of etiquette topics, including business etiquette, dining etiquette, professional communication, dress codes, and cultural sensitivity.
- Lead training sessions for employees, executives, or clients, ensuring that the content is relevant, engaging, and applicable to real-world situations.
- **One-on-One Coaching & Consultations**:
- Provide personalized etiquette coaching for individuals seeking to improve specific areas of their social or professional conduct.
- Offer tailored advice on body language, conversation skills, public speaking, and other areas of personal development.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to clients to help them implement learned skills into their daily lives.
- **Monitor and Assess Progress**:
- Track the progress and development of trainees, providing constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
- Adjust training methods and content based on the participants' needs and feedback.
- **Create and Update Training Materials**:
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including handouts, presentation decks, and digital resources.
- Keep all content up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in etiquette and professional conduct.
- Customize materials for different industries and client needs.
- **Promote Etiquette Training Services**:
- Represent the company at events, networking opportunities, and workshops to promote etiquette training services.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to develop promotional content and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Stay informed on industry developments to continuously improve training offerings.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an etiquette trainer, life coach, or professional development instructor.
- Strong knowledge of etiquette principles across various settings (business, social, cultural, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups, from entry-level employees to senior executives.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple training sessions or projects simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for helping others grow and develop.
- Certification or training in etiquette or related fields (e.g., communication, coaching, hospitality) is a plus.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in corporate training, leadership development, or personal coaching.
- Familiarity with cross-cultural etiquette and international business practices.
- Background in hospitality, customer service, or public relations.
- Ability to create digital content, such as online courses or webinars.
