Project Coordinator-trainee

**Requirement**:
- Should have good convincing skill.
- Should have good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Internet activities.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Should be proficient in English, Hindi (Preferable).
**Responsibilities**:
- **Post-Sales Follow-Up**: Make timely post-sales follow-up calls to collect payment and required documents on time from the audit completed cliented. Update the status in the CRM.
- **Inbound & Outbound Calls**: Handle both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner to resolve client inquiries and issues.
- Report daily and monthly activities.
- **Communication Skills**: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and effectively convey information to clients.
- **Reports**: Prepare regular reports on follow-up activities and sales outcomes for internal stakeholders.
