**Role & responsibilities**
- Procurement of R&D and Plant validation RMs for new products within prescribed timelines (OTIF)
- Ensure timely deliveries of impurities and reference standards for R&D, ADL & QC
- Develop alternate sources for Single source KSMs & Non-KSM
- Strategic sourcing and vendor development for the KSM and critical RMs of new products for R&D and existing commercial products RMs with high cost contributions.
- Should be able to derive costing based on chemistry and technology.
- Support the outsourcing activities and independently act as POC between vendor and internal departments for routine activities.
- Complete the vendor qualification activity for both KSM & Non-KSM of New Products and alternate vendors developed for existing products RMs.
- Coordination with R&D and Regulatory Team for all the Regulatory Queries related to the vendor.
- Prepare MIS, Savings and OTIF report on monthly basis.
- Maintain the internal department documents as per the company requirements.
