**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Development & Management**:

- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media analytics to drive continuous improvement.

**Social Media Management**:

- Oversee social media profiles and execute strategies to enhance engagement and follower growth on platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and effectiveness.

**SEO & SEM Optimization**:

- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising, to drive conversions.

**Market Research & Insights**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of various digital channels and tools.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to create compelling content.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
