**Position Title: Junior Marketing Executive**

**Location: [Nungambakkam]**

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Junior Marketing Executive** to join our marketing team. The Junior Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, contributing to the overall success of the organization’s marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, implementation, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors, and present insights to the marketing team.
- Social Media Management: Monitor and update social media platforms, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
- Preparing reports and presentations to communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other departments.
- Managing relationships with external research vendors, ensuring quality research outputs and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as creative, media, and marketing to interpret research data and offer actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Internship or prior experience in a marketing-related role is a plus but not mandatory.

**Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media scheduling tools).
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) is a plus.
