Junior Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as invoicing, payment follow-ups, and data entry.
- Prepare and process sales, purchase, and expense bills.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Support in GST, TDS, and other tax compliance processes.
- Assist in audit processes and documentation.
- Handle petty cash and monitor daily transactions.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payment and billing issues.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
