**- **Key Responsibilities-**

Onsite Support
- comprehensive maintenance services including repair / replacement of faulty /
defective parts in respect of all IT assets.(desktop, laptop, printer)
Desktop, Peripheral and Laptop repair specialist
Support on Operating System(OS).

Support on configuration of printers at HO / RO

Basic Knowledge of MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint and outlook.
Good Knowledge of troubleshooting.

Good Knowledge of **Hardware and Networking.**
- Configuring and Troubleshooting Windows 7 & 10, offer Remote-Assistance to different different SITES computers.
- Knowledge in Installing, Upgrading and Deploying Windows Server 2012 and Services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, effective communication skills and strong understanding Skills.
- Knowledge in Windows Active Directory, DHCP, DNS,, TCP/IP File and Print Services.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting network connectivity, Network printers and User access issues.
- Excellent ability to handle significant workload with experience in managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge in Outlook configuration and troubleshooting issues
- Knowledge in printer installation and configuration
- Configuration and Maintenance Router sand switches.
- Maintaining and configuration of printers via Lan & Server ,Troubleshooting printer issues.
- Maintaining and Accessing Remote User system and Troubleshooting.
