Our approach to win the pet market is through _V_et Care, which is completely fragmented and plagued with challenges like Knowledge Gap, Low Clinical and medical infra & Lack of technology adoption. We aim to solve this via a tech platform that offers both knowledge and medical services for pets.

Founded by Gaurav Ajmera (Ex Chief Business Officer, O _Y_O & Ex - Chief Revenue Officer, Pristyn Care), an IIT-Delhi alumni with over 13 years of experience delivering high impact growth for omni-channel businesses.

He has had a history of delivering significant growth for marquee startups such as OYO and Pristyn Care where he held multiple leadership positions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions

2. Proactively engage with multiple project stakeholders, including developers, marketing and other designers, in drafting and brainstorming the initial concept

3. Quickly visualise and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hi-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and/or animations

4. Conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as quick rounds of usability tests

5. Create iterative designs that meet product objectives, fit within Noise Design guidelines, and respond to feedback and usability tests.

6. Strive to elevate the product by crafting elegant visual design systems from modern UI patterns and trends, from concept to execution.

7. Support and collaborate with development teams throughout the implementation cycle.

8. Be an advocate for the user & lead by example.

**Requirements and Skills**:
1. 3+ years of experience in UX design with a product based start-up

2. Experience In product websites and/or e-commerce is a must have requirement

3. Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design solutions that meet user needs as well as business goals

4. A drive for excellence; an enthusiasm to constantly push the boundaries of the visual and user experience we create

5. Ability to think holistically about how the UI will scale in the future and integrate with other systems.

6. Ability to accurately set, manage, and meet deadlines.

7. Comfortable working in a loosely defined agile and lean design environment.

8. Skilled in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma or similar tools.
