
Front Desk Receptionist Overseas Education

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front desk operations at our overseas education consultancy. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing information and assistance related to study abroad options,appointments, and other services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors as they enter the office.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and manage the consultancy’s appointment calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide students and parents with basic information about study abroad programs, visa requirements, and available services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing student documents.
- Coordinate with the counselors, marketing team, and management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Address any immediate client concerns and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma.
- One or more experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with the overseas education industry is a plus but not mandatory.
