**Job Description: Scheduler (BPO)**

**Overview**:
Join our BPO team as a Scheduler and ensure seamless operations by optimizing resource allocation and maintaining effective schedules.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage accurate schedules for BPO professionals, aligning with client needs and resource availability.
- Monitor real-time adherence, make adjustments to meet SLAs, and provide regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with clients, HR, and Operations to allocate suitable resources for projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in scheduling or workforce management, preferably in a BPO context.
- Proficiency in workforce management tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with BPO industry practices and SLAs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,525.80 - ₹24,170.03 per month
