Your Role

As a Client Relations Associate, you will:

  • Communicate with overseas customers via phone calls, live chat, and email support
  • Provide accurate guidance, solve issues, and ensure smooth customer experience
  • Maintain records and update information in CRM & internal tools
  • Collaborate with team leaders to achieve quality and efficiency targets

Who We're Looking For

  • Education: College undergraduates & graduates (any stream)
  • Skills:
  • Strong English communication (spoken & written)
  • Ability to listen, analyze, and resolve customer concerns
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Experience: Freshers & experienced professionals in customer service or BPO welcome
  • Location: Open to applicants from PAN India, willing to work on-site in Jaipur

Work Schedule

  • Rotating shifts to support global clients
  • Work from office only (not remote)
